UK Candle Making Supplies - Delivery Times and Pricing
4Candles UK offers its candle making materials at the best possible prices; we also set fair postage prices that reflect the actual handling, packaging and shipping costs of each item. Should you purchase a large order of multiple items and we feel the postage costs have exceeded the true costs we will issue a voucher at our discretion.
Shipping Charges
EU Deliveries
Purchases by EU companies or individuals with a valid EU VAT number are exempt from UK tax. Checks are made before despatch of validity.
All our deliveries up to 1kg are carried out by Royal Mail . The pricing is weight based
The basket will calculate the weight and show the cost at checkout.
Up to 1kg is sent by Royal Mail - Over 1kg is sent by DPD Courier Service
We will despatch your order within 2 working days (we will notify you if this is not the case)

Our courier deliveries are processed and despatched to the following timetable:
Orders placed up until 12.00PM will be booked for despatch the same day unless there is waxed, votive, or tea light wick included in the order which may cause a delay. At very busy times Economy Service orders may not be despatched sameday. DPD collects the packages at 2.00PM and in most cases will deliver the packages the next working day; Express Service orders are always given priority over Economy Service orders.
No deliveries are made on a Saturday.

Airmail packages are usually delivered within 5 working days. Some remote areas or countries with a slow mail system can take considerably longer and is out of our control.
