How To Use - Candle Wax Dye
The Inpex Deep and the Fluorescent candle making dye flakes are paraffin based. Just add to candle wax at a ratio of 1g of dye to 100g of wax; the melting point of the dye is 65°C. The SD dye is for use with the natural waxes and should be added at a ratio of 1g to 2g of dye to 100g of natural candle making wax, the melting point of the SD dye varies with each colour with the Red having the highest melt point of 90°C. The whitener dye is for making opaque white wax a much sharper white, mix at 0.5g to 1g of dye to 100g of wax. The Whitener Dye will not work very well with cream coloured wax such as the Chandler Grey PRO Container Wax.

The fluorescent candle dye may not glow in the dark but it is still very bright. The fluorescent dye flakes are 40p per 5 grams, order over 50g of a colour and it is then 6p per gram.
