MAILING LISTS – We do not have a mailing list and we do not send out marketing emails to customers. The only emails you will receive from us are your confirmation of order or emails regarding the processing or delivery of your order. Other emails you will receive are related to your order and will come from PayPal or Sagepay to give details of your payment. Also DPD, Parcelforce, or Royal Mail will send an email to give information regarding the delivery of your order.

Romancart – All of your order information except for payment details (name, address, email address, phone number, and order details) are stored in a secure database. Office staff at 4Candles have access to this information to complete your order.
Sagepay – If you choose to pay for your order via Sagepay they will collect your details and payment information. We do not have access to your payment information.
PayPal – If you choose to pay for your order via PayPal they will collect your details and payment information. We do not have access to your payment information.
DPD – Your address and contact details are given to DPD so they can make the delivery of your order.
DHL – Your address and contact details are given to DHL so they can make the delivery of your order.
UPS – Your address and contact details are given to UPS so they can make the delivery of your order.
Parcelforce – Your address and contact details are given to Parcelforce so they can make the delivery of your order.
Royal Mail – Your address and contact details are given to Royal Mail so they can make the delivery of your order.
Feefo - Your name, email address, and order reference are given to Feefo who will contact you for feedback regarding our service and products. You can opt out of this on receiving the first email
Additionally, we may be required to disclose information about you if required to do so by law such as a law enforcement authority or other government officials.
STORING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
All information regarding your orders (we do not have any payment card details) is stored securely by us. It is automatically deleted after 3 years.

Payments made by card go through a secure 3rd party processor Sagepay.
Payments using a Paypal account go through the secure Paypal gateway.
